Summary of Work BackgroundI have worked in the higher education sector for the last 8 years with particular ties to University of Brighton student services and their student union. I have worked in widening participation in STEM subjects, which has included improving gender diversity.  I have expertise in employability and monitoring the job market, as well as working in community and SME placements for graduate students. I have worked on a number of research projects in higher education with Magnetic Ideals. Prior to this I worked in ethical market research, music promotion, and various administrative and customer service roles.

National-level project working with Magnetic Ideals to examine data on 20 universities looking at how students engaged with internal quality processes, the research was funded by the QAA Durham Students Union Leadership Program, Durham. How would you like the world to change and what part would you play?I would like the world to be better educated and for people to exercise more critical thinking. I would like to live in a world where people took the time to learn about what they disagree with and where no one makes irrational arguments.
