| Summary of Work Background | I have worked in the higher education sector for the last 8 years with particular ties to University of Brighton student services and their student union. I have worked in widening participation in STEM subjects, which has included improving gender diversity. I have expertise in employability and monitoring the job market, as well as working in community and SME placements for graduate students. I have worked on a number of research projects in higher education with Magnetic Ideals.
