How do we practice Mindfulness?

We can learn to practice formally by sitting or lying down, being alert but relaxed and following a guided exercise. We can also practice informally bringing mindfulness into our daily life by paying particular attention to what we are doing.

Research shows that practicing mindfulness on a regular basis even for a few weeks can help;

Jane Malcolm is an experienced mindfulness practitioner, she runs bespoke courses for workplace settings, and for students in schools, colleges and universities.  Courses can be run as one-off workshops, or in courses of 4 or 6 short sessions, but there is flexibility with this and they can be tailored to your organisation’s needs.
