Creative Circle Space is a new free monthly gathering for migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in Lewes and the surrounding areas.
Taking place at Lewes House of Friendship, the sessions offer a friendly and safe space to meet other people, create, talk and connect.
Each morning will include a mixture of creative activities, sharing and conversation, simple meditation and activities to support wellbeing. There’s no need to have any previous creative or meditation experience, and all materials are provided.
The sessions are led by Inclusive Artist Layla Hignell-Tully and Wellness Coach Natasha Albeer. The morning begins gently with a cup of tea and an introduction, followed by snacks, conversation and a creative activity, before finishing with circle time and sharing.

Five small-group tarot circles in Pankow, Berlin…
You are warmly invited to our open tarot circle to explore enchanting the everyday through the practice of tarot. No experience needed, these sessions are ideal for those who are new or returning to the practice. Together, we’ll explore tarot as a tool for reflection, self-understanding, and collective wellbeing in a safe, welcoming space. Come as you are, and take time for yourself with your cards.
Over five themed circle sessions, we’ll come together to deepen our connection with our decks, explore the history of tarot, and grow through shared wisdom. In a world that had to be disenchanted to be dominated, tarot can be a simple yet powerful tool for re-enchanting our daily life. Tarot encourages mindful moments of care, offering prompts that support personal and collective wellbeing, opening up new possibilities.
These circles welcome people from any background, and approaches that include the queering and decolonising the deck. We are open to feedback and wisdom to improve sessions, to ensure that we are using inclusive language and integrating new approaches.
What to expect in a session…
Grounding & Centring: Each session opens and closes with grounding exercises.
Explorations: Discover tarot’s journey through time, from its complex origins to more modern interpretations
Sharing Practice: Bring your deck, your questions, and your experiences to share in an environment of mutual support and understanding
Collective Interpretation: Work through readings together, discovering multiple perspectives and deepening your intuitive understanding in a non-judgmental setting
Themed Sessions: Five distinct circles, each exploring a unique theme.
Bring your own deck if you have one, and we will explore together. Extra decks will be available to buy or borrow for those who don’t have them, please let us know in advance on the form if you need one.
Whether you’re holding cards for the first time, rediscovering them after years away, or simply seeking a space to reflect and be supported in your practice, you belong here. Come ready to listen, share, and reconnect, with the cards, yourself, and new friends.

05 Inner & Outer Worlds – Exploring the relationship between our internal landscapes and the worlds around us.
Each circle includes grounding and centring, discussion, individual and collective readings, and time to share experiences and perspectives.
About the Space
High Fidelity offers a welcoming space in Pankow. Wolfshagener str. 77, 13187 Berlin. One tram stop or a short walk from Pankow S+U Bahn Station. High Fidelity a working atelier that hosts a small collective of Berlin Artists and Artisans, The Showroom is a veritable cabinet of Curiosities. Filled with Magical items, Art, Vintage Decor, Handmade Jewellry, Curated Vintage Clothing, Gothic Perfume & Soap and other Witchy treasures.

Meet Calluna Vulgaris ☽
I’ve been reading tarot for around 30 years. I encountered the cards as a teenager as a way of understanding myself and connecting with other people, a magical practice at a difficult time. Over the years practice has been shaped by books, courses, tarot circles and, most importantly, learning from other people in shared spaces where we read together.
I’ve facilitated tarot circles and workshops in community settings. I enjoy helping people develop their own intuitive relationship with the cards rather than telling them what a card is meant to mean.
For me, tarot is a language of images, archetypes, patterns and possibilities. It’s a way to pause, reflect, connect with others and create small rituals of attention in an often difficult world. I don’t believe there is one right way to read tarot. I’m interested in what happens when we bring different perspectives, experiences and ways of knowing to the same cards.
Re-enchanting the World is an invitation to explore that together. ✦
We aim to make our sessions accessible within the available space but recognise that everyone has different needs. In terms of physical access, there is a small step in order to access the space and there is no wheelchair access. Sessions will be delivered in English. Please let us know if you have any specific access needs and we will let you know in advance if we are able to accommodate. It will be a small group of no more than 10 people per session.
